Terms of Service

Last updated 3 October 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of Reach For (the “course”), a digital interview-preparation course delivered as a web application at reachfor.dev. Reach For is operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the course you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

A licence to access the Reach For course. It is a one-time purchase — not a subscription. Your access is intended to last for the lifetime of the product, and every module we add later is included at no extra charge. If we ever discontinue the course we will give reasonable notice and, where feasible, a way to export the material you have access to.

Your licence

The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may activate it on up to the number of devices stated at checkout (currently five). If you activate a sixth, the device you activated longest ago is signed out automatically so the new one can take its place — you will not be locked out, and you can always sign that device back in with your licence key. You may not resell, sublicense, share your licence key publicly, redistribute or republish the course content, or use it to build a competing product. All course content, code and diagrams remain our intellectual property.

Payment, tax and refunds

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as the merchant and seller of record. Your payment contract is with Lemon Squeezy, and their terms apply to the transaction; they also handle all VAT and sales tax. We never receive or store your card details.

Prices shown on this site are the total you pay: they include VAT or sales tax where it applies, so the amount at checkout will not be higher than the price advertised. The exact tax depends on the billing country you enter, and is shown broken out on your receipt.

Two full modules and a full mock interview are free to try before you buy, so we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. If something is genuinely wrong — you were charged twice, you cannot access what you paid for, or the product is not as described — email [email protected] and we will put it right. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer. Digital content is made available to you immediately on activation; by activating your licence you ask us to begin providing access straight away and acknowledge that this can end the statutory right to cancel.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent the paywall or access controls, scrape or bulk-download the content, or share access beyond your activation limit. We may suspend or revoke access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

Availability and liability

The course is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The course is educational; we do not guarantee any interview result or job outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to use the course after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
